I offer phone and video sessions.

I also offer a free 15-minute initial consultation.

As an experienced psychotherapist in private practice for 24 years, a Certified IFS Therapist, and an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, I work with a diverse adult population providing telehealth services to individuals, couples, groups, clergy, trained IFS therapists/supervisees, and spiritual teachers.

To meet Alison, during a Pandemic, through a telephone line — a lifeline to me when at 71 years old there are precious few moments left to heal my life, to understand what matters has been powerful!. The salve of her voice helps me coax the truth from parts long since neglected, and live in a state of grace surrounded by infinite parts of my whole self. A reunion is what I look forward to as a result of my work with Alison. Sight unseen, not even on Zoom, Alison’s skill and compassion — arrows pointing straight at the heart of helping me put myself back together before I die — is invaluable. Namaste
